It is an add on to the Browser I believe. They now call it Adobe Flash Player 9 Active X. Someone else may know where it is loaded but you can sort of find it in your control panel under add/remove programs. You will see it listed there. I don't think it runs by itself but runs with the Browser as a "plug-in".
