First of all Doug did score big in getting the merger with Coretec seeing he has been a big part of the NDSU team for 6 years ( according to the conference call) and he became a consultant for Coretec a year or so ago.Now we have REVENUE and an SRA with NDSU through Coretec who has been FUNDING the NDSU SRA.So Doug did it appears come through in a huge way for 3Dicon in a way no one was looking for but NOW WE HAVE money ,revenue, products ,funding and JDAS that are all going to be a big part of the new company in part thanks to Doug.We have to be grateful he was working with NDSU and Coretec or this would not have happened. Now as far as the previous way 3dicon was attempting to get funding it seemed fairly simple based on the criteria set forth by the SBIR and NIH folks as I understand it.There was a basic goal that a company needed to be able to meet and that was that the money given out to mature the product would be enough to result in the companys technology becoming a finished product so that it could be commercialized. Victor pointed out to share holders that the cost was significantly higher than anticipated and the amount of money the Government had alloted for the grants were not going to be enough to meet end result goals.
