Where did Walther get the money for all those "capital improvements" without wiping out current shareholders by massive stock issuance and why do shareholders have to learn about them here instead of an official statement from the company?

P.S. I still drive by the property from time to time and they still haven't replaced the huge door knocked down by Hurricane Gustav many years ago. Shouldn't that be at the top of the list for capital improvements?

All of Walthers' counter claims were thrown out of court. They didn't even make it to trial. On top of that, the Judge ... a long tenured, well respected Federal Judge; said that Walthers intentionally tried to defraud and brought in other associates and organizations in that attempt. That speaks pretty pointedly and boldly to RICO. Oh, yes the plaintiff, Steve Adelstein was awarded a sizable judgment against SE and Walthers.

And still you say things are ... "going IFUS's way...."
