Diannedawn......your same questions, plus many others I posed to TAUG and Seth are the reason I lost faith quite a while back. Claims of stuff, no proof.....only proof we continually see if share price falling, worthless share certificates and nothing happening and everything still hinging on a lawsuit, as far as even Seth himself has said, without this lawsuit there is nowhere to go, nothing they can do.
So....when any other company and their BOD act this way, do business this way, people pose the same kinds of questions for those issues. They get answers or the shareholders and actual/real BOD make changes.
However, that clearly wont happen in this case, so we stand at a status quo, waiting on the lawsuit to "save the day", according to TAUG.
