thanks X-man, very happy to hear Z saying we got this covered and it will be spelled out in the next 10-Q, now just wonder if it involves only LPC, or if some partnering arrangement is in the works, hmmmm...

fwiw, I have been thinking that since the 7/12/16 pr was issued, the tone has been that the tech is beyond the "tipping point" and that we are going to succeed (finally), that said, the stock did get some buoyancy from this point and perhaps LPC has been being tapped ever since thus keeping the lid on any substantial pps appreciation, if that is the case, then perhaps we are nearing the end of the raise now nearly 3 months later, and this would lift this constant overhang, who knows, just a guess

thinking on Tom's statement a bit further, seeing as 9/30/16 was the end of the 3rd quarter, it would seem to indicate that the current raise needs have been completed now

does this seem like correct thinking, any thoughts?
