It's hard to call something a "scam" when everything is right there in the filings. If this were a scam, the $4million in notes would've been hidden or skewed. Or the revenues from last 10q would've been a lie or misleading too. As srm4u pointed out, the CDs have the right to short. So as the notes are converted and shorted, suspect short traders to jump on board and enjoy the ride down too and then cover for a pop and make money both ways. Duh, that's how the game is played. So if you're screaming scam, chances are you're on the "short" end of the stick too and banking off scaring people out of their shares on the way down. At least this company did report a good revenue and acquisitions of future revenue streams. If share structure is still unchanged and with a hopeful potential 10q coming out very soon with just even roughly the same $$$ revenue and profit...most people that averaged down will at least get to break even or come out ahead. So stop jumping up and down screaming scam every time you see red...and are dead quiet on days this is green. You're making your own agenda evidently clear
