Lol when i first found sfor i read the patent and at the bottom i read what concerned me lol im sure the first thing any defense attorney did was read the patent in question ... Agree? Well if he/she read it to bottom where legals are you see hgroup assigned owner .. Not lien holder though we all know they were assigned due to callateral on loan but patent didnt state it that way and sfor had 3 months after change to file it on patent legals .. They filed it with 7 days left in that 3 month term . This had been handled properly from start couldve been totally avoided . Not going to be a deal breaker but geeeesh it was careless . Now lets look fwd and move beyond this lol
