Where do you get balloons from what I wrote. I said restricted use areas like Parachutes. I said years of development for civilian use. I said training just for initial rides and now suggest licensing and that Everything with manned flight (including ballons) needs a "Flight plan". Military will be different but also in the future. I said Zapata is an already profitable company with a good balance sheet and claimed future increased water Flyboard markets.
Now go to many luxury vacation sites with water access (lakes to oceans/cruise liners) and see that a ride is about $200 for 30 minutes, not including a required training session...GLTY2sir...
