LOL! ;-) Saying the MSFT/PF and STI settlement was one lump sum settlement and no royalties?? Obviously I did look it up ;-) From the SEC filings we know that's FALSE! Greatly appreciate facts with links proving otherwise - TIA!
Although just might have something about the Royalty part as we don't know either way for sure, only that the rest of the settlement is under NDA. However....a very good logical reason for no MSFT Royalties -- MSFT BUYOUT in the near future! ;-)
