The market is apathetic towards MVTG.

The market never forgets or forgives CEO's that hype and swipe and release fluffy PR's to bait and switch from existing promises.

The market is always right.

MVTG will see lower lows and lower highs until it finally just goes completely dark.

Releasing shares into the market is not a good way to generate working capital for shareholders.

Or it could be the market just doesn't feel at the moment the company doesn't has the resources to reach it's potential.

The market must not see all the 'potential' you list or there wouldn't be such a big disconnect between MVTG and it share price?
