**RS CAN'T HAPPEN SOON ENOUGH**

That may very well be the first signal that the RM has been formally consummated. SPCL, the shell, will not spend the energy & money to do a reverse split after divesting itself of all it's assets for no reason.

This will be the sweetest RS that ever happened. Point in fact this RS can't be a bad thing!
