It is hard to understand your post, but I think in part of it you are claiming that the David F Levy that was the president of Globelnet Corp (GLBT) in 2004 is not the same David F Levy that is the current CEO of iTalk Corp (TALK).

Let me help you out with some very basic due diligence.

Now compare that David F Levy's bio to the bio for the David F Levy currently acting as the CEO of TALK which can be found in several of the TALK filings
