We don't know what voltages are achieved.

We don't what densities are achieved.

We don't know what photocurrents are achieved.

We don't know if this is full size scalable.

We don't know if their solar cell produces de same results.

We don't know if it makes economic sense.

From my point of view there are more don't knows than do knows.

It's all matter of perspective. If this lab size prototype is progress for you...that's fine with me.

Sorry forgot to tell you the problem i have with the video: the word expensive.

Just because Tim Young says they hope/think/expect their cheap solar cell will work it really means nothing. They need to proof that..and show results first.

If what they presented is so revolutionary...why is not opening news at 10pm all over the World?

This sounds and looks good. I build my own hydrogen generators and a special proton generator with no moving parts as well. I bought into this on a whim and little DD, but if they are being honest about what they have accomplished it looks promising.

What I would like to know is what is the working life span of these particles. One time use, a month or a year. If the working life span is significant then the cost should not matter as much.
