I won't say man has nothing to do with it but if we do it's negligible.

I didn't put it well, but my points was, that if Global Warming wasn't up & running with far worse conditions, in the 60s & 70s that I think it's very unlikely it is a significant factor.

If Miami is ever under water I think the Earth shifting on its' axis will be he likely cause.
