FYI-- This thing also presents an increased risk of sudden rev split (news) risk.
It just happened this week to NSPR on same stock exchange in similar situation & at similar price with similar recent chart. But PVCT has even more dilution that NSPR going on.
Sometimes these dirt bag run companies spring a rev split or news of it with little notice at all, and next thing you know--- stock is dropping on the news or announcement declaration of it.

Just be aware of risk & be vigilant here.
