"I think Li using LQMT to get his money out of China, unfortunately, is a plausible idea."

Plausible but, it will be very difficult for him to sell the amount of shares he will get in exchange for his investment. According to the terms of the original agreement anyway, without tanking the share price and losing a considerable portion of his investment.

Think about it. He couldn't cash in the shares he bought at .08 without tanking the stock. It would probably sink well below .08, maybe even .01, if he were to suddenly dump without some kind of promotional effort. Or revs etc, to bring on enough buyers to absorb the volume.

Personally I think he is investing in the tech. Can he make it work? And recoup his considerable investment? Well. That's all we can hope for. Thinking positive like a unicorn is all anyone not inside can do.

Personally, if/when they finalize the deal, I feel Li has a plan for the tech. Now, will it work? That remains to be seen. Nevertheless, some kind of move should be done ASAP.

Just my opinions and best of luck.

Yes, agreed, because out of the ZERO Chinese private investors able to get out more than 50k into a U.S. equity, and not real estate to do it, he chose an 8 cent stock as his best way to accomplish that...come on, please.
