Twister: You're confused between the differences between a penny stock versus a real stock. A 20% difference in a thinly traded 0.20 penny-stock is completely different than a 20% difference in a $50 stock that trades tens/hundreds of thousands of shares daily. I don't need to ask my broker to know the difference between the two. ;-) Heavy volume is associated with "sell-offs" and there was none in VTSI. VTSI got to 0.26 a little too fast and there was CONSOLIDATION in the .20 to .25 range, that is what happened.
