Yes if he has a run in with police they will bring him in. The bail is set at 10k if you read the warrant so he would be out once he paid. No waiting needed.

So Police not in hot pursuit, likely even have a backlog of warrants from months gone by. There is alternative transportation, out-of-country matters, and likely continuance matters. Anyone is asked to offer all of the transcripts of all the meetings, all the depositions, all the hearings, all the phone calls, all the emails, and anything else regarding any filings. That would include all parties subject of any filings. Anyone can make up filings.
