That warrant is on the electronic warrant list and if Eddie getts stopped for a broken taillight - or anything - and the cop runs his license - he's going to jail immediately and he won't be able to make bail until bail is set - and that won't be until the court that issued the civil bench warrant is in session and takes up the issue of a bail hearing - which can be many days in jail for him. It's nott a normal arraignment process in which a criminal court magistrate can set his bail at the next day's arraignments.

Fast Eddie could be chilin' at the Placer County jail or the Sacramento city lock-up for days until he getts a bail amount sett and can post a bond.
