That got me to think back and as I recall I'd originally had five or six thousand units in mind. And now I've got 10,500 with two bids working for 300 units apiece. Every time I think I'll hold things at such and such a number, I'm blown away by fire sale cheap prices. And that's the precursor to reeling in big gains.
So I'm a sucker for opportunities, I suppose. But I like that you added, presumably in the low $8's. When an investor doesn't jump on unusual opportunities, he's not really investing, is he?
