BUT when TPAC doesn't do as it has said it is going to do in 2017, what then? No millions in anyone's bank.. not even Billy's but he will certainly have more money in HIS bank (not the TPAC bank) than any investor.. of that I am certain.

I remember in 2015, 2016 was the year, can't say I am surprised that 2017 is NOW the year.
