Not true...Actually opposite...The FDA...is obligated...by their own policy...to meet on any follow-ups a company might have. Id read more into this was a BIEL thing than an FDA thing. IF FDA planned to pass anything, they surely wouldnt need a meeting.
Think about it... Without BIEL colored glasses.
To meet even one more time shows FDA said no and BIEL just cant live with it.
