DDCC is a development stage company.

DDCC is nothing but a penny stock scam. Gold brokering deals to S. Koreans? Gold mine in a moose pasture in Canada? Network of Latin American gold sources?

And all this Translock nonsense?

From a company that has been a non-discloser for approaching a year.

Bottom line is DDCC is a development stage-Microcrap_fraud

And they have been developing one fraud angle after another for years.

It is not uncommon for these small companies not to file

Especially when they are BK, and can't afford an auditor.

It's also exceedingly common for the SEC to delist them after 2 yrs of delinquency.

I predict they will file when they can show earnings from one of their commercial projects.

So where is the 8K for the Jul pump PR about the gold shipment? It's a material event. Here's another prediction - no more filings.

In this ever changing market, I'm sure there has been multiple changes they have made, including changing their overall business plan after the frack boom crashed.

And of course they have announced these Earth shaking material events in yet another missing 8K.

So now we have "frack boom cashed" as the excuse for a changing business plan.

vs

I believe the management is working hard to lock down Translock deals.

Ummm... the imaginary Translock was suppose to be shipping the materials involved in this so called "frack boom crashed". So is DDCC working feverishly to lock up deals to ship marsh-mellows instead? And exactly what does "working hard to lock down Translock deals" mean? There have been no license issued to a intermodal container manufacturer. Where any imaginary revenues would be to the manufacturer - not DDCC. Yeah the 1% royalty would be a whopping $100 to DDCC after the imaginary manufacturer sold the imaginary Translock container at $10K to someone.

Meanwhile that poor "fracked boom crashed" area, particularly the NYSE stocks representing the cargo the imaginary Translock was suppose to haul around, seems to be happy. Guess they didn't get the DDCC memo to abandon ship? Or is it shipping?

Wait and see. Wait and see.

Keep waiting.
