Bottom line is DDCC is a development stage company. It is not uncommon for these small companies not to file. I predict they will file when they can show earnings from one of their commercial projects. And who knows when? Your guess is as good as mine. In this ever changing market, I'm sure there has been multiple changes they have made, including changing their overall business plan after the frack boom crashed. I believe the management is working hard to lock down Translock deals. One report of profit and everyone shuts up, and stock begins north, big time. Wait and see. Wait and see.
