"We already knew that Jon Fullenkamp was involved in both SRGL/GMGI and GRPR/SIML, but now I'm wondering if convicted fraudster Scott Sand bought both tickers from Jon Fullenkamp based on the similarities of the way the old assets left and the similarities in the new assets that were brought into each of the tickers."

Thanks for the Forster connection. I think you were right in a previous post about Sand buying both SIML and GMGI? We know from an ex-partner in Direct Capital that the San Diego attorney who set up Forster's pump and dumps also set up the SIML share selling scheme for Sand and Fullenkamp. Looks very much like it was negotiated as a package deal for both tickers?

They may have run into a bump with the SEC on some accounting issues though? Hopefully they're after Fullenkamp?

From SIML 9/29 news release:

"The company auditor has completed the amended audit ending March 31, 2014 pursuant the request from the Securities and Exchange Commission. This audit will be filed and satisfy this matter."
