My guess is clueless people putting in "market" sell orders and some lingering "good to cancel" buy orders getting filled. Just a hunch.
I don't believe anyone who really knows this company/stock is selling at these low prices. To get larger blocks of shares, a buyer has to pony up higher prices. Yesterday was a good example of some buyers wanting in and having to pay higher prices to get others to sell larger blocks of shares. Again, just a guess.

Don't read a lot into todays action since it is on very low volume.

It could be market makers who were selling shares yesterday at .30 or above
and trying to move the share price down today and buying

or

some longtime holders just wanting out and knowingly missed yesterdays runup

There are many reasons to sell but only one reason to buy.

It is very normal for microcap stocks to have wild gyrations on minimal volume.

Less than $30,000 of trades has knocked the market cap down dramatically-----dont worry

Hi afcholdings, The price of any given stock at any given moment is simply driven by what the buyer is willing to pay and the seller is willing to accept. With a stock like BAC there are literally thousands of buyers at any moment and also thousands of sellers. With a stock like VTSI there might literally be 0 or 1 seller and 0 or 1 buyer at any given moment. The company and stock are simply not followed and no one knows about them and those that do are people like you and I that already have plenty of shares or fund/money managers who cannot buy the stock because it is not on the OTC or Nasdaq or Dow.

The ONLY time I buy VTSI is when I see shares sitting at the Ask and then I enter a limit order to buy them at that price. If I ever get to the point of selling shares then I only sell when I see someone bidding a decent price. I've been through this with many other micro cap stocks that were also low volume. VTSI is not unique. That said, it is a wee bit unique in that one would not expect daily volume this low relative to outstanding shares.

Indefinite Deliver/Indefinite Quantity = Indefinite Price, for now!

The big news splash was necessary to support our recent price gains. This remains especially important ahead of the announced but still unknown time frame for the company to move to some other market and thus finally getting us off of these dreaded Pink Sheets. The Pink Sheets being where you go when there is nowhere else to go... And we have been stranded here and forgotten for far too long!

But while we remain on the Pink Sheets, the here and now revenue numbers matter more than potential revenue numbers that are to be spread out over future years; with words like INDEFINITE tumbling around inside Pink Sheet investors' minds. Thus, for many of the Pink Sheet crowd, it seems to be more icing than cake until and then as actual revenues are realized.

So celebrate the share price holding near here or even advancing to the mid .30's, knowing that the news is at least buying us more time for more news prior to finally getting off the Pink Sheets; without giving back our recent gains.
