For all the shares that traded and shoved this stock down to .0009 there just isn't enough volume or share blocks on L2 to explain where those shares went. I am of the opinion that the company is about to change hands. If you want to keep the share price down then you delay release of 10Q. New ownership, new management = happy Marley's and long term license agreement.
The extension is for 15 calendar days, not 5 - it's standard wording in the form. It was filed on the 16th, but the 10-Q was due on the 15th, so we really should see it by Friday, but may not see it until this coming Monday.
