The assertions that Tauriga is losing the lawsuit are ridiculous and false.
Well you are not winning the lawsuit. In fact the suit remains, after a year, just a bunch of words on paper. No hearings in front of the trial judge, no rulings, crickets. That is not winning. If you are not winning, then you are losing.
Hmmm... WHICH party provided the more COMPLETE email chain previously? TAUG? Who cherry picked certain sections? Or Cowan? The answer is COWAN!
The EXHIBITS speak for themselves... COWAN appears to be the more HONEST party here. TAUG, much like Thomas Graham (BOD member) and Seth Shaw (the CEO), has been shown to be deceitful and untrustworthy.
There is plenty of evidence to support this opinion on this board and the AWAW board (formerly BVAP... Sethie's other conpany and TAUG's one time JV partner)
I think I'll believe filed court docs and exhibits over a person who made the claim that the venue was already decided a month ago... Which was a blatant lie.
