This happened on Monday as well. But as the best ask has now moved up, I'd say it's having its intended affect.

It's nice to finally see some movement, but if there's no follow up from the upcoming meeting, we all know where this is headed.

I wonder how well ZIVO's proprietary algal strain and commercial scale up documentation stands up to and addresses the potential for a tropical storm or hurricane to pass by/over the outdoor production ponds thereby wiping out or contaminating the production ponds ???

Last I checked Arizona isn't prime hurricane target but Florida ........ as far as I know those ponds are outdoor. i.e. See Hurricane Matthew which presently has potential to hit or pass along Florida's east coast where Vero Beach is.

The Company's near-term objective is to finalize its compliance efforts, to include extensive documentation of the production process at commercial scale, which is now underway at a facility in Vero Beach, Florida. Construction of covered ponds was completed in mid-May and algal feedstock from the Arizona Center for Algae Technology & Innovation (AzCATI) was successfully introduced and is growing in two 50,000 liter covered ponds. The algal biomass is harvested and shipped to a commercial spray-drying facility in Arizona, constituting the nutritional product ZIVO intends to market. The high-value bioactives would be extracted prior to the spray-dry step.
