I agree. I spoke to Mark and while he obviously couldn't tell me much, he did confirm that they have requested their follow up meeting with the FDA, AND that they are now awaiting confirmation/scheduling of that meeting (he mentioned an expected response of 6-8 weeks from the FDA for that scheduling, which given the date of our phone call would hopefully put the meeting sometime in late October. He also confirmed that they are "WELL on track to resubmit before the end of the year". I asked him if there were any plans to update shareholders or issue news on any of that between now and then, and he gave me a firm "No".

As such, news of that resubmission IS going to be the catalyst that sends this flying before final approval, and it should happen sometime soon over the next 2-3 months.

Like Dude illigence has been saying, I'd highly recommend grabbing some shares before then, so that you are not on the sidelines when that news of resubmission is announced... :)

It would appear... just based on the time stamp of my post. I was correct about what was going on considering the stock's price.

So regardless of your opinion, the stock went straight down.
