We all have opinions. You are entitled to yours. I make predictions all the time using charts, measured moves, RSI, Stochastics and various other technical data but never little birdies. In the 35 years that I spent on Wall Street I had never heard that term used except when someone was referring to insider information. In this case I (hope) don't think that there is insider information only from those shorting the stock. I will change my opinion though if the news comes back negative from the FDA face to face.
