The rumors are not about BO or Partnership...period. When you look at organizations like the FDA, NIH, HHS, and professional groups that provide treatment guidance some are more agile to accept science. The ones that "convert" last look a little behind and somewhat dull minded. Historically the FDA's the last one to figure anything out.
