We will likely be the last to know...a couple of rumors floating around nothing I could find anything on.

FDA hasn't updated New Drug Approvals since Friday and that's when all hell broke loose.

And the spike on Friday came after the Paragraph IV's where out.

If it was action on Friday that cause a "leak" we should see an 8-K by tomorrow close....otherwise it's something unrelated to LDL patent, Paragraph IV, or potential label change related to Amarin signing off on Paragraph IV.
