And your response, in response to an old posting of mine.......just to clarify, I am NOT any kind of supporter of TAUG.

I do NOT agree with it's direction, what has gone on and the people in place running it. There is wayyyy too much that has gone on that I certainly do NOT agree with, understand (because nothing backs it up in my opinion) or feel there is any path forward with this current TAUG and it's current management team.

I lost faith in this "company" long ago now and made that point clear, even on this board as well as to Seth himself and many others, verbally and in writing. I could not continue backing or supporting something I did not believe in. If I cant find enough burden of proof myself, I don't know what these people think would ever happen in court.

My opinions on what I have read, found and conversations with many of the TAUG group. I feel it is up to a real company, to make me believe in what they have, a product, a business, a venture......anything, something....not just a potential belief in a lawsuit. Lawsuits come and go.....just look at the history here, but facts and proof are what matter to me and my money.

Cowan trying last desperate attempt to postpone trial 6 months, which is a federal court option. I think it will get denied but who knows.
