Some people are using the high number of share count as a scare tactic. However, I use that to give credit to Biel where they never did a reverse split.

People need to cross the psychological barrier of high share count and focus instead on the market value. When things look good, Biel will eventually do a reverse split but not before the market value hit 100 to 500 million dollars.
