These negotiations are probably not filed with the court and are doubtless covered by confidentiality clauses and would require the consent of BOTH Idcc and Ericy to be revealed.


Most of not all of the negotiations were done in the presence of a mediator, Ms Abrams. Even if there was a trial, these negotiations would not be revealed. There is no way that NOK will be able to get any documents associated with the mediation process. I think that was one of the reasons that the mediation process lasted from August 2001 to February 4, 2003.
