PACER UPDATE ALL 3 WANT TO MEET AT THE SAME TIME!!!

Dear Judge Falk:
This firm represents Plaintiff StrikeForce Technologies, Inc., in the above-referenced
actions. The parties in Civil Action Nos. 2:16-cv-03571 and 2:16-cv-03573 are currently
scheduled for Initial Conferences before Your Honor at 10:30 A.M. and 10:45 A.M. on October
7, 2016. The Court has not yet scheduled an Initial Conference in Civil Action No. 2:16-cv-03574.
Lead counsel for Defendant Duo Security Incorporated is unavailable on October 7, 2016, due to
a scheduling conflict, and respectfully requests that the conference be rescheduled to a later date.
In the interests of efficiency and in an effort to streamline the cases, Plaintiff proposes that the
Initial Conferences in all three action be scheduled for the same date. All parties consent to these
requests.
If the Court’s schedule permits, all parties are available on November 2, 9, and 10, 2016.
We also respectfully request that the conferences be scheduled in the late morning or early
afternoon to facilitate travel for those counsel coming from out of state to attend the conferences.
