Im mobile so sorry for the short response. I think many people place too much emphasis on the "timing" of news, who's timing may have initially been stated by the CEO himself.
He stated 400M shs would be bought back from the float. His statement was questioned by a COUPLE of folks, then he delivered.
Same thing will occur on the corporate name/ticker change followed by acquisition news.
Volume and momentum will surge. The intelligent will be accumulating shares BEFORE this occurs. Why we are still .0002 x .0003 is quite perplexing but im remaining patiently optimistic
