The hints have been FAA radar installations and repeated mention of Homeland Security in the PRs. Military has remote unmanned radar installations. Commercial target is airlines (via FAA) and large shipping companies.
Another commercial possibility is the electric utility industry. Electric utilities are slow to get onboard, plus they already have SCADA systems, so I view this as a long range.
