Agreed, total waste of Miguel's time...and the risk to him and his lawyers from a countersuit is something very real they both need to consider.

The Northstar lawsuit is just complete humiliation from directors that have known the company and Miguel for years.

Gonna be a tough sell in front of that judge IMO. That attorney Northstar hired is no sluff looks like to me... I get this "gut feeling", this isn't the first time this dude has filed a MOTION FOR RECEIVERSHIP and understands how and why to request and use one....JUST MY OPINION on reading his eloquent and "sharp tongued" writing style, and all in a 12 page "MOTION" to the court. It's pretty compelling to me...but hey.. what the heck do I know, I'm certainly no freaking attorney...but if on a jury...I'd buy his argument for a RECEIVERSHIP as being very valid sounding.

The power play by Miguel just plays into the hands of Northstar. It proves their case to a judge that a receivership is necessary to maintain good faith dealings by management. I wouldn't be surprised if the judge cancels those new options as fraud (just my opinion).
