Oh, what the heck, let's rationalize the S-3 150M shelf filing that just came out into this scenario. Since it looks like they still had lots of the 150M (basing this on Smokeys post) from the previous S-3 and now have a new filing, it's obvious they are making sure they can issue lots of new shares of the company after news of the partnering/P3 L news comes out next week.
