One big winner can change the tide. IF DECN didn't baselessly attack Seth so much they could have really benefitted from is investment fund connections. HE Has 2 more if you pm me.

As it is DECN does not have any interest from the market and going dark with filings just casts more negativity surrounding this toxic stock. And with websites that will pop up high whenever DECN is searched large funds will be able to clearly see DECN and the conduct of its BOARD under a large spotlight.
