Adding 10,000 shares next week to what looks like to be a big winner....there's absolutely no comparison between VTGN and DECN ...
If one had shares here, it would be tough to even dump on the bid without collapsing the share price down to peanuts .... 100k sitting at .1011 for awhile now, someone who has done there DD and made a "decision" might want to save what's left of there portfolio before there's no bid support !!! IMO

I'm sure DECN's consultants restricted shares are saleable on the open market by now !!! ;) wink wink
