I can believe that foolish Halpern filed a different lawsuit than he + Nash had agreed to.

I cannot believe that "Female Executive of the Year - 2014" was tricked & badgered into signing a business deal (TWICE!) by a big bad penny stock CEO who pushed $300,000 into her hands despite her numerous & desperate attempts to refuse the money.

This is like the OTC version of an abusive co-dependent relationship.
