All the things you mentioned are all the things that VLDI does not have.

Absolutely no infrastructure, a one man operation that farms out everything, No quality, since all beta tests failed, no integrity, since PRs that say one thing and actions that say another, No credibility since they can't get a product to market in over 16 years, No guiding principles, they just keep throwing things against the wall as see what sticks.
