I believe there are currently 3 court cases. The state case for contract indebtedness, the state case on trade secrets, and the federal case. The last information listed in Broward County court records is dated 8/31.I believe the official court date is still scheduled for DEC 05 2016.
Not until all three cases are resolved will anyone be able to determine the financial loss or gain that occurred.
IMO, shareholders and the company lost 3 years of growth and a substantial increase of the stock price.No one knows if a class action suit by shareholders will follow against the former board members.
