Since Conway is staking his fortune on an 11% share of a supposedly non-polluting cab and medical transport company -- though 1/3 of the vehicles it owns actually use internal combustion engines -- the APB will have to wait until the local police in Chester, NY (where I think Conway lives, per LIBE filings) or the State Police of NY use Teslas as patrol vehicles.
