I'm sure they worded it as to not make the company look like it was scammed for future investors. We all seem to know why, they fact that he is now gone is all the news needed, what happened in the past is just that, in the past. Dan and Otto have been working hard to clean up the mess left by Scott and company. We now have a real chance for success, we have two shareholders who know how to take control and run a business. Yes they don't have "mining" experience, but I'm sure they will surround themselves with the right professionals. Nothing but a positive in this PR.
