I understand but history is available without explaination. In the future we can look back and see the chart and news stories. The news is all great. If you judge from the PRs nothing bad ever happened. But the chart shows something massivly wrong. Someone wanting to know why a company worth billions is sub penny and they really cant find out first hand.
I personally think its better to admit your flaws and explain how you propose to fix them than to just act like they never happened.
Scotts scamming will still effect people who dont buy this till next year. The damage he did is permanant.
If next year they need to RS or increase the AS it is because of scotts abuse. There should be a written record of what happened.
