Preposterous!! No one has done any solid DD because there is no information available on which to do solid DD. No reports, no filings, no audits, no financial statements. Absolutely nothing ... which is exactly the way scams operate.
This is at least Walthers fourth scam. It could never have been anything but a scam. that's all he knows.
